Within our Bachelors Degree Program we teach the principles of data collection: gaining theoretical knowledge through lectures and practical knowledge through exercises. Especially via the latter, students become highly involved in the process of research.
Exceptional Professional Qualification
The conduct of interviews is not only rehearsed. Students gain experience by collecting data for the two surveys "Würzburgbarometer" and "Bayernbarometer" carried out by the Institute. From questionnaires and computer-based telephone interviews to the methodical procedure and difficulties surrounding the collection of data, students experience great insight into the research process. Thus preparing students for the broad professional field quantitative research has to offer.
