Dr. Barnaby Dye (King’s College London / DGAP Berlin) will speak on 15 June 2026 about the dynamics and trajectories of India–Africa relations in the 21st century. The lecture critically examines whether these relations can be understood as over-hyped, a historic success, or an ambivalent development. Dr. Philipp Gieg (IPS / ICCUW) will deliver the introductory remarks.
